A layout change is more than moving a basin or WC. The service focuses on getting the pipework right first, so your new bathroom works reliably and is easy to maintain.

How the work is delivered

Work is usually planned in stages to fit around building, plastering and tiling. The first fix stage sets the new pipe routes and connection points, then everything is tested before surfaces are closed up.

Once finishes are ready, the second fix stage connects the fixtures, seals where needed and checks operation. You will be advised in advance about any water shut-offs, access requirements, and what needs to be ready for each visit.

After completion

All connections are tested, and any final adjustments are made so taps, wastes and flushes operate correctly. You will be shown key isolation valves and any service points to keep future maintenance straightforward.
