3. Second fix: fit and connect the fixtures, valves and traps once surfaces are finished.
4. Testing and checks: pressure and leak checks, waste flow tests, and final adjustments.

After installation: handover and ongoing reliability

At handover, you will be shown isolation points and any key operating notes for your fittings. If you spot a minor issue once the en-suite is in regular use, snagging can be arranged promptly. For long-term performance, you can also plan routine checks or servicing for connected systems where relevant.
